Whether it's a blood drive, paint-a-thon, Habitat for Humanity project, Christmas "giving tree," or time spent delivering meals or reading with elementary students, employee volunteerism is a big part of the corporate culture here at Assurity. Our company has been a Lincoln fixture for over a century, and giving back to our community is one way we can say "thanks" to our neighbors. Assurity volunteers donated 2,310 hours of service in 2007.

Our community involvement also underscores our philosophy of caring for individuals and families, and lending a hand when it is within our power to do so. We are proud to be a pacesetter company for the annual United Way and related agencies' fund drive..

Other ways we reach out to the community can be found in our support of arts, sporting, and cultural endeavors. We believe in demonstrating our role as a protector of lives and incomes in visible ways.
